Oh here’s another one. I had the honor of having a door shift during work and there was this old customer who came up to me, definitely looked like she was ready to have a go at someone, so she comes up to me and goes, “I need a refund.” I look into the bag and it was a bra (our store policy is that bras and underwears can not be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons) I politely told her that she can’t return it, but she wasn’t having any of it, “I haven’t worn it!” “I’m sorry m’am but that doesn’t matter because there’s no proof that you did or didn’t wear it.” She was mad, but she refused to believe me so I told her to go to the registers if she didn’t believe me but they will say the same thing I did. She heads over to the registers and 15 minutes later she comes towards me with the bag still in her hand, she kept pushing her case about not wearing the bra and just rambled, I had already zoned her out, nothing I saw will get through, next thing I know she asks me, “You don’t really care do you?” Without thinking I spoke my mind, “No, not really.” Oops. She left the store after that. Bless retail customers.
