A lot of these aren’t even moustaches, just lip fuzz!  Tom Selleck has a moustache. Sam Elliot has a moustache. Fassbender hasn’t shaved in 6 or 7 days.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this ends up being a media stunt by both parties; I don’t stay current on Lady Gaga news (aside from what gets posted here), but I could totally see some orchestrated musical throwdown happening during her SA show.  Although Die Antwoord’s music does make quite a few socio-political statements (from what I gather that commentary is more self evident to South African listeners), they are, by their own admission (before international fame came about), a created persona. The founding members got together and thought up the Die Antwoord brand as a sort of big joke and send up of popular music. By this, all I mean to say is that everything they do is carefully planned. Lady Gaga, as well, is one of the more media savvy pop stars around; everything she does, from a bizarre public appearance to a leaked photo, is thought out by her and probably a team of consultants.  I guess we will find out where this little ‘tiff’ leads!

Agree with the underlying message, but not with the execution.
