      The recipes for quinoa are off. You should always just use double the amount of water as quinoa. So in this recipe, for example, it calls for 1/3 cup of quinoa. So you should use 2/3 cups of water, not 1 cup. If you use more, you will end up overcooking your quinoa trying to absorb all the water and still have a soupy residual. Other than that, I really love this challenge so far. I just finished day 7. :)
