The impact isn’t the same, because you’re eating way less meat and no dairy. Vegan except for bacon doesn’t mean you start eating bacon at every meal, it means you eat completely vegan but indulge in bacon every once in a while. The ‘all or nothing’ mentality is why a lot of people dismiss veganism. That doesn’t help the cause.

Pleeeease can everyone just give veganism a good, solid try? I swear it’s not as hard as it looks and factory farming is responsible for more greenhouse gases than all forms of transportation combined. Please? I’d really like to visit these places someday.
