  • c. v. empel, What you say is false. They NEVER “rounded” scores. The scores since the mid-'70s have only been in multiples of 10. And, these scores have been de-bunked over and over as not being Palin's.

  • Frank, although I'm pretty sure you are the same person as Mike Doodikoff, I will respond. My brothers took the SAT the same year as Palin and they have confirmed that their scores were in multiples of 10. And, a few people on this very board have confirmed this as well. Can we just stick to the facts and not get childish. We don't need to fake anything about Palin to know she's not very bright.

  • The change to multiples of 10 happened before '81.

  • Cattie,, I took the SAT in both the '80s and '90s. I took it the first time for a middle school talent search. Both scores ended in zero. The evidence you cite does not show what you say it does. Those are AVERAGE scores. If we average 10, 20, and 20, we get 16.7. So you can get an average that does not end in '0' by averaging three numbers that do. My brothers both took their SATs the same time Palin did and they ended with zeroes. To Michael Doodikoff, I'm not sure why you say what you do. For one, I do not live in middle America. I have a graduate degree. And, I support Senator Obama. I have no doubt that Palin's SAT scores are legitimately below average. I just don't think the document presented here is genuine.

  • Unfortunately, this is a forgery. I do not believe SAT scores ever ended with anything other than a '0.'
