Success Of A Colorado Business Man
This is an article that was written about me by The Altus Team, I don't want to say they are correct because that would seem a little conceited only I have been lucky in my life and hope if nothing else this will give inspiration to others who need it at the moment. Life is a gift that you get everyday, take full advantage.
At an early age Kenneth Gabriel Fairchild was known for networking with influential people. Through hard work and determination he was able to cultivate himself into a very successful business man. Kenneth not only has his wide network of colleague, he also is constantly using his creativity to build and grow numerous companies most of them falling in the financial and real estate market. When he brings on a new colleague or business venture he is actually bringing that person or team into his family who he holds to a high regard. His success is professional only also carries over to his personal life. He gives back to the underprivileged when possible this could be through mentoring them, or something small as training them at the gym. He has been hosted on radio and TV shows around the nation showing his help for others. One company that is helping many public service employees is One business that he is a proud of is Virtue Asset Student Services.
Over the years Mr. Fairchild has been given the opportunity in his professional and person life to travel around the world. Partially due to his charismatic networking and his "nothing will stop me from success" attitude. Kenneth Gabriel Fairchild grew up as a local to Colorado and the Denver residents have been fortunate enough that the majority of his efforts do stay in the local market, only don't think that he limits himself to Colorado. Some of his businesses are national with office in other states and even some are international.
We want to bring you back to the beginning, Mr. Kenneth Fairchild right after his schooling in 1997 he jumped directly into business. He started a local Denver company and grew that company enough that he wanted to bring his success to California and Arizona which both locations were a success. Not everything has been easy for Kenneth, there have been some ups and downs at this early stage in his business career. When in California he had to really look deep into where he wanted his business and future to go so he sold his company to the the partner and desided that it was time to venture out on his own. You have to take into consideration Mr. Fairchild was still in his early 20's and going on to his second business venture which would bring him more knowledge and personal success.
We see people in the new and media showing the true power and energy it takes in this modern day to success in the business world. You here about companies closing the doors because they just couldn't make it work, or they have an excuses why they could survive. With Kenneth Gabriel Fairchild there is never an excuse to why something doesn't work or can't be done. Whatever it is there is a solution and that turns into an opportunity for growth in all he future endeavors.
He was telling us a story a wile back about some employees that were stealing from one of his companies, he knew they were caugh red handed and could go to jail. He took into condiseration the whole picture, one of the guys was a devoted family man only had some financial issues due to the death of his wife. Mr. Fairchild talked this individual and gave him projects that he could do at home so he could make more money only still be with his kids who just there mom. The other individual had an unfortunate drug addiction, so Mr. Fairchild sat this person down and discussed with them that he has caught them stealing and he knows its for there addiction problem. He agreed to not press charges if they went directly into a treatment program and when they got out they would have there job so they could pay back the stolen debt. Happy to say that was 6 years ago and they are still working for one of his companies and sober.
This is the reason we are writing about Kenneth today, we have had the pleasure of working with him over the past 15 years and have seen is success and thought it was only time that the world could see it also. Thank You For Your Continued Hard Work the Altus TEAM
