Foozlesprite 2 years agoShaving is all a matter of preference…it’s sad that women think they have to shave everywhere to be pretty. I mean, why is it ‘gross’ for women to not shave, but fine for guys to have leg hair? Ridiculous double standard. I’m happy with leg hair most of the time…sometimes I shave if I feel like it, I always shave my pits because it feels more hygienic, but my fiance doesn’t seem to care either way.

HOLY SHIT, best feeling of all time! for that reason alone, you should want to shave your legs more often. in all seriousness, every culture is different and American culture likes to see its women shaved and smooth… it’s not SAD, it’s just the way MOST people feel about it here. Can’t say i disagree with it. it just “looks” cleaner and more feminine. no one is making you do anything, so you can avoid shaving as much as you want, just ignore all of the :euws” and “ughs”.

neptuny 2 years agoI think it’s a two way street. People make fun of guys who shave their legs (unless they’re swimmers). I shaved my legs once because people kept making fun of me in middle school during P.E., and my stepdad called me weird. So I don’t think the standard’s all that doubly. -.-
