Premiere: The Go! Team Get Creepy In New Kaleidoscopic Video

The band ends a week of new videos with the Hitchcock-inspired clip for "Reason Left To Destroy."

The Go! Team just released their first album in more than four years and, to celebrate, they’ve been releasing a new video every day this week, exclusively on BuzzFeed Music.

For their final video, the indie-pop group sampled and spliced horror tropes. Borrowing from looking like a cross between Carrie and The Blair Witch Project, “Reason Left To Destroy” is subtly nightmarish.

“I liked the idea of the song being about a girl who brought trouble with them to a small town,” bandleader Ian Parton told BuzzFeed Music in an email. “[Director] Ross Meckfessel included a mysterious female presence, things exploding, birds flying.”
