Demi Lovato And Nick Jonas Launch Their Own Label

Safehouse Records will release the "Heart Attack" singer's fifth album.

Besties Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas are now business partners!

The pop stars have teamed up with manager Phil McIntyre to launch Safehouse Records, a joint venture with Island Records.

Demi was rumored to be leaving her longtime label Hollywood Records for Island earlier this year. According to a press release, however, she will be releasing her highly-anticipated fifth album on Safehouse through a "creative partnership" with Island and Hollywood.

After the project was announced, Demi took to Instagram to express her excitement and thank the Safehouse team.

She gave a snuggly shout out to the president of Island Records, David Massey.

And posted a selfie of herself posing in sunnies with the Republic Records exec, Charlie Walk.

Hollywood Records execs Ken Bunt and Mio Vukovic also got a big thank you from the pop star, who wrote a moving caption about how deeply they care for her as both an artist and a person.

And, last but not least, she shared a mini-essay about manager and Safehouse co-founder Phil McIntyre. In it, she credits him with helping her get sober and fighting for her when no one else would.

Congrats Demi and Nick! We can't wait to hear what Safehouse has in store.
