Emily G. a year agoI honestly don’t care what people eat but the “free of pesticides and growth hormones” gets me. Yes it’s free of those things, but animals can pick up and eat things like that out in the wild. Just the same they can also carry diseases and parasites. Also just because an animal isn’t putrefied doesn’t mean that is isn’t past the point of being edible. Unless she’s running animals over herself, she never really knows how long these animals have been decaying. But hey, as long as she’s aware of the risks…more power to her.

meganw6 a year agoFrom a medical perspective, that’s horribly dangerous to her and her unborn child. Hopefully she’s getting proper prenatal care and preparing the meat properly, but pregnant women are considered to be immunocompromised and shouldn’t eat or should be careful eating raw, undercooked, unpastuerized, etc foods. This includes wild game, soft cheeses, hot dogs, sushi, etc.
