20 Years Ago, This Is What Fall Looked Like

Pumpkin spice lattes did not exist.

Claire Danes graced the September issue of Seventeen as a strawberry blonde.

And Lisa Frank was still all the rage.

In October, the world learned that "breast" is not a dirty word thanks to Now and Then.

Pierce Brosnan was still Bond, and GoldenEye came out in November.

And the world was first introduced to Toy Story.

George Clooney was still strutting around in scrubs...

Because ER was only on its second season.

As was Friends, so Rachel and Ross weren't even a thing yet.

Boy Meets World was only in its third season.

    And so was The X-Files.

Pinky and the Brain premiered in September and began their first plans for world domination.

Cassette tapes were still a thing.

And everyone was trading pogs in the school cafeteria.

Brad Pitt uttered what would become one his most famous phrases that September in Se7en...

And was still hooked up with Gwyneth Paltrow in her pre-Goop days.

Johnny Depp wore a very autumny hat and hung out with Kate Moss a bunch.

And Jada Pinkett rocked a very summery style in Beverly Hills alongside her future husband.

And these were the heartthrobs we were lusting for:

Hellooooo, Edward Furlong and Thomas Ian Nicholas!

Everyone was listening to "Wonderwall," the third single off Oasis's (What's the Story) Morning Glory?.

And "Gangsta's Paradise," even though it came out in August.

But most importantly, pumpkin spice lattes DID NOT EXIST.
