Bought from a notorious puppy mill as a gift for a 70-year-old man, Bosso was left in a cage in a garden for seven years. Due to his age and the fact he had never been socialized, very few people wanted to take the risk of rehoming him. But now he's happy and loved.

Bora originally lived on a Spanish farm, fed only twice a week. Her owner almost killed her for eating a chicken she was meant to guard. He took her to a nearby pound, where workers said she was too shy to ever get adopted. She's now living a grand life in a thatched cottage in Wiltshire.
