Though, on second reading, I agree it’s rather suspect - the poor grammar in particular raises the eyebrow, but the too-easy ending doesn’t exactly assuage one’s suspicions.

Nowhere near Boston, but will avoid this place if I’m ever in it. Granted, the customer *was* rude in her original FB post, but Marc’s response didn’t just flout any sane human’s understanding of customer service, whatever the circumstances; it also reeked of casual misogyny, bigotry and general dickhead-ness.
