I don't want to be a buzzkill on anyone's fun here, but the instructions to the Gentiles from men filled with the Holy Spirit were in Acts 21:25. “As for the Gentile believers, we have written to them our decision that they should abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from sexual immorality.” Sexual immorality covers pretty much everything in Lev 18, while the tattooing thing is obviously not there.
