One of the doctors who uploaded controversial photographs to the Facebook group “Salvemos A Haiti,” Kamir Garces Mejias, had her license revoked in 2007 for participating in an online pharmacy scheme in 2005. So why was she in Haiti representing the Puerto Rican Senate?
