Because who wants to hang out in a stuffy office building anyways?

You can basically wear your pajamas to the "office."

While everyone else on BART is stuck in their work clothes wishing they were you. #Suckstosuck

You watch a ridiculous amount of YouTube videos.

And for no reason at all. Just none.

Did I mention that you get to sleep in?

Because who goes to work before 10 A.M. LOL.

There is no such thing as a lunch "hour."

It's more like lunch TIME. Aka take as much time as you want.

Your boss is laid back AF.

Forget to turn in an assignment on time? It's coo.

The office is more of a cool secret hangout spot.

Ping pong is a part of the interviewing process. That is not a joke. I mean, you can wear PAJAMAS.

Work parties are eerily similar to college parties.

"WHO WANTS A SHOT?"

You work with your friends.

It's easy to have a good time and create friendships in such a relaxed environment.

You can literally leave whenever.

Is your work done? Or mostly done? #PEACE

Your ideas matter.

With a smaller group of employees your opinions are definitely heard and encouraged.

You have the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative and creative people out there.

And that, that is amazing.
