Gimme ALL of these.
Gimme ALL of these.
“Capaldi Intensifies” is going to be the theme for my next party. And/or band.
I need my own SuperLady costume, stat.
I think this is my new favorite thing. In the world.
That last gif tho.
This was brilliant. And you know what? So was I.
I think I just peed myself in joy/fear.
I just lost my shit at Peeta + Hide and Seek.
Wait, you’re joking about John Barrowman not being immortal, right? (C’mon, no mortal could ever be so fabulous.)
Shut up and take my money, cloud palace!
Kudos to you, nerds.
I thought this was going to be some chiding article critiquing the inefficiencies of American schooling, but instead I just laughed my ass off. Bravo!
I scoffed at the title of this post, until I realized… It was so damn accurate.
Oh man, I am that asshole. YOLO (another thing you could definitely add to this list?)!
This was really inspiring and heart-warming!
I think this post has the kinder intention of pointing out that, yes, we can see traditionally white characters played by people of myriad backgrounds—the author references the Donald Glover Spider-Man campaign and its subsequent (racist) backlash in the tag—and how awesome these people look. No need to call the writer racist: she’s pointing out awesome cosplaying that is being rocked by awesome persons of color.
Linda over Lana kind of breaks me. I just… Linda is such a magical creature.
I understand these feels.
This was delightful and full of win!
LSP Lazy Comic Con outfit acquired!
AHHH THIS IS AWESOME
This just destroyed my soul.
I think this might have just accidentally become my favorite post.
What’s that… Drumming I hear?
I need all of these, please.
I volunteer as Pajama Assistant Tribute!
That last gif is the greatest gif. Bravo!
Pikachu, trinkets, a signed photo of my friend (“Never stop dreaming!”), Les Mis lyrics scribbled on the glass, box of Swiss miss, and all of the funniest post-its I’ve received. My desk is a hot, hot mess.
The Internet has graced us with such beauty as never before seen.
Sorry, I seem to have a thousand grains of sand in each eye…
How did a post on so much badassery end up so adorable? Win!
My heart just grew three sizes!
Wow, if you get this upset about hair color, I can’t imagine what it must be like if someone pisses you off about moss color under your bridge.
What I wouldn’t give for some Amelia Pond untouched-by-time-and-space locks.
This made me so happy. So irrationally happy. … Except I remember it’s totally rational to love this man with my entire life force. Resolved!
If anything, caring about how poorly this season has been handled just goes to show that the writer of this article actually does like Doctor Who as a whole very much. Everything up to this season has been brilliant, and to blindly embrace Season 7 and pretend it held a candle to its predecessors doesn’t mean you like the show more than others. There is room to be critical, and to express that intelligent criticism shows you’re invested in this show!
Absolutely agreed. There was so much potential for setup over the last season (which was meager and could have used the extra juice) regarding GI’s hatred for the Doctor and Clara’s personality as a whole that would have made this episode much more meaningful. I didn’t care about Clara’s sacrifice or GI’s intentions nearly enough, because there was hardly any foundation for these characters to become meaningful outside of their relationship with the Doctor. Granted, River made me sob like a baby, but even this was handled so weakly! All around, a very interesting idea that came across as watered-down because we weren’t shown enough of these key players throughout S7 to make this emotionally significant. The end. Sorry for the obvious ramble.
Holy mother of pearl, these are all stunning! But how do I fit them all on my body? A challenge appears….!
If you hadn’t included the banana dance king, I think I would still be cowering under my sheets. HAMSTER.
