Zebra And Pony Run Wild On Streets Of Staten Island

"I have no idea how it got there."

Business owner Zachary Osher captured the bizarre scene Wednesday morning. He sent the footage in to the Staten Island Advance and SILive.com:

"I was sitting at my desk at about 9:20 when I saw a zebra and pony run back and forth across the street, almost getting hit by a car ... About 30 seconds later, I saw two men in dark black suits carrying lassoes running across the street ... I have no idea how it got there. ... I figured [the men with lassoes] knew what to do."

It's still unclear where the animals came from. The Staten Island Zoo is about five miles away from Osher's business.
