Watch Anthony Weiner Struggle To Take A Reporter With A British Accent Seriously

“I just have a feeling I’ve like stepped into a Monty Python bit.” Probably the first Weiner interview to end with a weather forecast.

Weiner starts off straight-faced, as the reporter, Lucy Watson of ITV, asks, “How do you maintain such resilience in the campaign?” But about a minute into the interview, he says, “It’s hard to take you seriously,” and directs her to his website.

Earlier that Thursday, Weiner apparently told an NBC News reporter to “get a hobby” and jokingly referred to the press following him as “just one big cuddly collection of humanity. I think of you all fondly.”
