Usher Cut The Voting Line

“It was better for us not to create a distraction from a celebrity for other voters,” said the elections director in Usher’s Georgia neighborhood.

Witnesses complained Tuesday about Usher’s special Election Day treatment, but the Atlanta Journal-Constitution confirmed Thursday that Usher not only skipped the Fulton County, Georgia, line, but was approved ahead of time to skip the line.

Usher hasn’t commented on the backlash, but he did post photos of himself voting on Instagram — which he was also given permission to do, according to WSBTV.
