MasterCoPe 9 months agoSaying you don’t support gay marriage isn’t hate. I hate how people are labeled as bigots or whatever just because of one issue. I also don’t understand why gays want to be treated as individuals yet also treated like everyone else. Can’t have both, people!

I love how Chick supporters can’t decide which ground to stand on. “I thought we were suppose to be tolerant of EVERYONE?” they’ve said, now it’s freedom of speech? and oh the bible let’s not forget that. Honestly, if you’re going to follow the bible as your way of life, get the fuck past Leviticus or even the Old Testament for that matter! There’s this WHOLE OTHER part to it that’s a fuck ton lighter than the rest. It talks about love and peace and other hippy words that you’er all so afraid of. But let’s just be honest and admit that two dudes making out creeps you out and move on. And also, screw all these people that sit there and play neutral b/c “they don’t want to get involved” you’re just as bad staying silent than you are picking a side.

ekb 9 months agoIt’s not about preventing Dan Cathy from airing his opinions. He can have whatever damn opinions he wants. It’s not even about supporting or opposing gay marriage. It IS about how he spends money received from Chick-Fil-a: supporting organizations that are actively working to take away rights from lgbt folk. So if you think homosexuality should be criminalized (e.g., you could be fired from your job, imprisoned, or even killed), please, go right ahead and continue giving Dan Cathy money through Chick-Fil-a so he can continue his very important work. If you’re a decent human being, pull the wool from over your eyes and stop pushing the “free speech” line.
