Millennials Aren’t Inspired By Their Female Bosses

New research from Bentley University’s Center for Women and Business finds that few millennials (that is, people born after 1981) want to follow in the footsteps of their female leaders at work. Only 20 percent of female millennials and 21 percent of male millennials surveyed said there is a woman at their current company whose career path they hope to emulate. Strangely, the research doesn’t indicate whether the same question was asked about male bosses.
