Every time the Powerballl lottery spikes, thousands flock to this northern Arizona station to buy a ticket — particularly residents of Nevada, which has no lottery. This time, with the jackpot at a record high, Powerball hopefuls have reportedly waited in the Arizona Last Stop line for up to 90 minutes.
