There's something a bit sketchy about this site, but, hey, Dateline NBC and CNN say it's OK so that's good enough for me. Unclaimed assets can take the form of a number of different things ranging from uncashed checks and wages to an owed inheritance. Basically, the site aids in tracking down money that is rightfully owed to you, but for whatever reason, has been lost in time. I'll admit, I was unaware that missing money was such a big thing.
