    The NY State Court of Appeals agreed to dismiss four of six civil charges against the Lex Luther look alike. It now remains up in the air whether Attorney General Andrew Cuomo will pursue the remaining two charges. The case stands as a legacy (or, not anymore) of the former NY State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer.
