7 Reasons Tupac *Might* Come Back This Year

Sure, it sounds crazy—just like those conspiracy theories about Elvis still being out there. But this one is a bit more believable. There seems to be solid evidence that Tupac Shakur might still be alive. And if he is coming back, 2014 is the year it'll happen. Prepare yourself for the Tupacalypse.

1. Machiavelli & Makaveli

You may be asking, "Who's that guy on the left? What does he have to do with this?"

Meet Niccolò Machiavelli. He was an Italian philosopher and writer during the Renaissance. You might have read his book The Prince during your AP History class.

Anyway, shortly before his death, Tupac renamed himself Makaveli. This is because Tupac read Machiavelli's work while in prison and became inspired. It's also the stage name that his first posthumous album was released under.

In Machiavelli's book The Art of War, he wrote about how "a prince could fake his own death and then plot behind the scenes against his enemies. "

Fun fact: If you rearrange the letters in "MAKAVELI," you get "AM ALIVE." Sure, the extra "K" doesn't make sense, but it's interesting anyway!

2. 7 Day Theory

Remember that Jim Carrey movie The Number 23? Well, this is kind of like that, but with the number 7.

Tupac's first posthumous album was titled The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory. The album was recorded and finished in only 7 days.

He was shot on September 7, 1996. He remained in the hospital for 7 days before they announced his death on September 13, 1996. His official time of death was 4:03 a.m. (4 + 0 + 3 = 7).

Tupac was 25 when he died (2 + 5 = 7). It is believed he will be returning at age 43 (4 + 3 = 7) in the year 2014 (2 + 0 + 1 + 4 = 7).

3. Conflicting Reports

There are conflicting reports about the details surrounding Tupac's death.

In the official coroners report, it says Tupac was 6' and weighed 215 pounds. According to his driver's license, Tupac was actually 5'10" and weighed 165 pounds.

There are 3 separate scenarios reported about how he arrived at the hospital: 1. Tupac was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. 2. Suge Knight stated in an interview that he rushed Tupac to the hospital himself. 3. A lady was interviewed on the news saying she saw Tupac going into a helicopter.

Tupac was known to always wear a bulletproof vest. So why would he choose to not wear it when attending Mike Tyson's boxing match in Las Vegas? Numerous bullets hit Tupac, yet his passenger Suge Knight was not injured at all. A bullet only "grazed" his head.

There's also video footage of a reporter outside his hospital saying the family was told he would be just fine and survive. What changed?

There was allegedly no autopsy performed on Tupac's body and he was cremated the day after he died. If he was murdered, why would they cremate the body before performing an autopsy?

4. Posthumous Albums

Tupac released 7 posthumous albums (see, there's that number again!).

How could he have possibly recorded that much music beforehand?

He also predicted (or foreshadowed) his own death in his music video for "I Ain't Mad at Cha."

In his song "Untouchable," he says, "Expect me... like you expect Jesus to come back expect me ... I'm comin"

5. Suge Knight Is A Believer

Suge Knight, who was driving the car the night Tupac was shot, reportedly called into question whether he's actually dead.

In 2012, Suge said: "Maybe the question is ... Pac's not really dead ... Pac's somewhere else."

Suge also claimed that he paid a guy $3 million to cremate Tupac, but never heard from him again.

6. Willow Smith Knows Tupac Is "Alive Someplace"

Willow Smith (best known for whipping her hair back & forth and being the offspring of Will and Jada Smith) wrote a letter to Tupac in 2012.

Her mother Jada was good friends with Tupac, so it makes sense that she wants him to come back. In the note, she wrote: ""I know you are alive someplace." Hmm, very interesting...

7. The Hologram

In summer 2012, a hologram of Tupac performed with Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg at Coachella.

This seems like more than just an innovative use of technology. It could be a major foreshadow of what's to come!
