Most Insane Customer Service Response
When a woman went shopping for dresses with her bridesmaids she was met with some strange treatment from a sales associate. When she sent an angry email she was met with even stranger treatment.

Having worked as a writing tutor for one of the CSU writing labs, I’ve gotten to work with a lot of ESL students. The writer of this email would be characterized as an ESL writer, based on certain pronoun usage, awkward/incorrect verb tense, and other structural flaws. So some of the awkward phrasing which is really out of place in a business reply may be attributable to the fact that the person responding doesn’t have a fluency in written English. That being said, this is just an “ick” email. If only because it is so negative.
I expected to side with the customer when I started reading this but after reading it through a few times, have to say I’m inclined to agree with the customer service dude. Sure the assistant (or is it stylist?!?) is a bit of a total douchebag but then isn’t that part of the Zoolander philosophy of the fashion world. Avoid these people and don’t shop there LOL!
Can’t blame a store for being elitist… Isn’t that what fashion is all about? I feel bad for this chick who wrote a well thought out complaint and got this nasty response but why would she really want a dress from a company that caters to “Kim Kardashian, Selena Gomez and Katy Perry” anyway? She probably saved herself from an overpriced gawdy dress that would look laughable when they look back at their wedding pictures anyway!
