Study from British Journal of Psychiatry shows that a rise in temperatures in England and Wales from 1993-2003 coincides with a rise in number of violent suicides.

Re: Chris Weirdly, this map (with data from 2005) shows the highest rate of suicide in the Western states of Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana and the Dakotas.
