Hubert Chang, Google Founder #3
Tech Buzz Hubert Chang claims to be a third Google founder. He posted this video claiming he co-developed many of the core concepts behind Google before deciding to finish his PhD. Now Larry and Sergey allegedly won’t acknowledge his contribution so he is speaking out.
