What we're looking for
We want engaging, original humor content. We focus on satire, parody, and pieces from the perspective of a character.

Always keep in mind the kind of humor that people enjoy sharing with each other. Please limit your submissions to 1000 words or less. Shorter, conceptual pieces are also welcome.
Inventive posts that stretch the comedic limits of BuzzFeed's formats are also encouraged. That includes quizzes, polls, image sliders, checklists, random name generators, and more.
What to include in your submission
Email your submission to comedysubmissions@buzzfeed.com.
Please include your completed submission in the body of an email with the title of your piece in the subject line. Please submit completed work only.
If you have an idea for how your piece should appear visually, please include that. If your submission is accepted, we can provide the necessary photos, art, or illustrations to accompany your words.

What you should NOT send
