Welcome to Cooper's Hill in Gloucestershire for the annual cheese chasing competition.
The rules are simple: a large circular cheese is rolled down the steep hill. And the first person to catch it wins.
This is a very serious event.
And competition is fierce.
Injuries are common.
There's a lot of skill to it.
But there can be only one winner of each race, who gets to keep the cheese.
And victory is sweet, as winner Josh Shepherd found out.
