"La grande épicerie" in the 6th also has a decent American food section. I don't think they have bisquick, but they have ranch dressing, mac and cheese, crunchy pb etc. Their cave also has fernet branca and some half-decent tequila and mezcal.
Depends how old you are. Pre-college, apply for a foreign university. In college already, apply for study abroad. Post-college, apply for jobs abroad. In a job, apply for an expatriation with your current employer or a new job in another country.
