This neanderthal in an Armani suit doesn't realize it, but he has is all likeliness “paid” for this kind of behavior already and will in the future. If you treat people who handle your food like this, you should just assume that over the years you have ingested various and sundry, um, “stuff” that no one should ever put in their mouths. That's a poor attitude towards people being a waiter. Being served by a professional waiter is a treat. It adds so much to the experience.  A $134 tab is not a 1%er. The service would have had to been atrocious to justify that tip. Which is pretty rare.
