#3 is wrong on so many levels. It’s boeuf bourguignon for one thing. And the whole point of boeuf bourguignon - or burgundian beef if you prefer - is that it is made with burgundy wine which as any genuinely middle class person knows is made from the pinot noir grape, not syrah (the proper middle class name for the grape that oiks and scratters call “shiraz”). Actually if you haven’t got any pinot noir merlot would be a much better alternative than some ghastly new world “shiraz”. Stick to ready meals dear - it’s all your palet and your breeding are fitted for.
