I have a hard time believing that this wasn’t staged. The consequences if his underwear came off as well are too high to be on a whim. If you look at his t-shirt over his right shoulder in the first gif where he gets pantsed looks like suspenders are unsnapping, perhaps worn to keep his underwear on during the stunt. I could be wrong though. I hope not.
