Jennifer Saunders, writer, producer and star of Absolutely Fabulous, told the Mirror that she has finished writing the Ab Fab movie script and plans to complete the film this year.
The script, tentatively titled "Edina and Patsy," took Saunders 20 years to complete and has all your favorite characters written in:
Patsy, played by Joanna Lumley.
Edina, played by Saunders.
And good 'ol Saffron, played by Julia Sawalha.
Though the original cast has previously expressed interest in returning for a film, Saunders said in her Mirror interview that she would be just as keen to see Angelna Jolie in the part of Patsy and Edina played by an orangutan.
