Concerning the Veggie Grill options— you need to keep in mind that those items are more nutritionally dense than anything McDonald’s has on their menu, too. Calories, sodium, and fat content aren’t the only factors in determining the quality of food. I’d have loved to have seen cholesterol added— all of which would have scored a big fat zero since vegan food doesn’t contain any cholesterol. Not saying that VG is a healthy option by any means— it’s totally vegan junk food and should be had in moderation. I’m just saying that if I’m going to consume 500 calories there, at least I know the food hasn’t entirely been processed (faux meat excluded) to shit and sucked dry of most of the nutritional content.
