PETA’s Duggar Billboard
Fresh off their Obama family scandal, animal lovers PETA have a new target - those baby making Duggars. In an effort to encourage spaying and neutering your pets (where is Bob Barker?), PETA has put up “Doggies Multiply Faster Than Duggars” billboards in Northern Arkansas.
