And Edward Snowden says “…………….. The US is the worst!!!!!”
And Edward Snowden says “…………….. The US is the worst!!!!!”
Mark Zuckerberg, accusing someone else of destroying internet privacy? Ha. Yeah. Right. I guess his real complaint about US internet surveillance is that he doesn’t want anyone else in that game.
He left out the “unless you’re a brown person” that we all know he really meant.
Sorry, I didn’t realize it was a requirement in the Model Rules of Professional Conduct that a lawyer should never hurt anyone’s poor feelings.
Also, a close third place: C) The fact that the girl who is somehow able to stand him wasn’t in his “target group.” Meaning, he struck out with all the women for whom he spent countless hours creating this system.
I don’t know which fact is more telling about this guy’s personality: A) The fact that he needed to do all this just to get dates, or; B) The fact that he had to go out on dates with over 80 girls before he finally found one that was able to stand him.
Cindy Norton says above: “I hate this guy, don’t want to defend him, but I don’t think AP has a case here. It’s obviously not an “exact copy” because one is a photograph and one is a painting. You’re allowed to paint a portrait of whatever you want.” I love it when people who don’t have even an elementary understanding of the law pretend they know when someone might have a case. If I write a song for the guitar, you don’t get to sell your own copy without paying me, just because you played it on the piano. He copied the AP’s product, and is trying to sell it. They obviously have a case if they choose to sue him. Sincerely, a lawyer.
So my answers included Walter White, Terminator 2, Beer, Christian Bale, Beavis & Butthead, and Grand Theft Auto 3. And I got……Ned Flanders? Yeah, pretty sure they just give you a random character without factoring in any of your answers.
“Hypocrites.” Funny. You Snowden fans seem to think spying is the worst thing ever when the US does it, yet you think it’s perfectly fine when someone does it to the US, and no one should ever be punished for it. Which is it? Is spying a terrible injustice that makes Obama and the US horrible, awful people? Or is it something that every country does, so no one should be all that upset about it? Why does your answer to that question depend on whether the US is the perpetrator or the victim of the spying? Seems to me you’re just as hypocritical as you accuse Obama and the US of being.
And like clockwork, here come the right-wing idiots crying about “freedom of speech.” For people who claim to love the Constitution so much, it’s always funny to see them expose just how little they know about it.
Ed Snowden’s land of freedom.
Laurenc…..Yes, it does. “In an interview, Plendl told ProPublica he asked Rhoades if he was “clean.” He explained, “I always ask anyone, before anything, ‘Is your profile correct with your HIV status?’”” Maybe you should actually read the article before defending the guy who lies about his status to the people he’s having sex with.
Also, to further prove that you’re an idiot, this comes directly from the story: “In an interview, Plendl told ProPublica he asked Rhoades if he was “clean.” He explained, “I always ask anyone, before anything, ‘Is your profile correct with your HIV status?’” Rhoades said he doesn’t remember that exchange, but he admitted to lying about his HIV status online.” He did ask, and the guy lied. I’m guessing you’re probably exactly like the guy in this story, worried that you might get busted.
“Especially because some asshole thought not to ask if his partner status.” Oh yes, the other guy is an asshole. Not the HIV positive guy who has sex without telling people there’s a chance they might get HIV from him. It’s the other guy’s fault…. . You are an idiot.
“If people can be imprisoned for knowingly exposing others to HIV, their best defense may be ignorance. Such laws, then, provide a powerful disincentive for citizens to get tested and learn if they carry the virus.” Or, you know…. actually being a decent person and getting tested, and telling the person that they’re trying to have sex with that they have HIV, and let that person decide whether they want that risk. Strange that this option doesn’t appear in this scenario, since that would completely absolve HIV+ people from criminal liability.
Drug companies make money when people quit smoking?? Huh? Drug companies make money when people continue smoking, because those are the people who will likely need tons of medication sooner or later.
He knows how to keep jobs from coming to Wisconsin. He also knows how to make health insurance in Wisconsin twice as expensive as in Minnesota. What a great guy!
Eddie Snowden’s Land of Freedom!
Eddie Snowden’s Land of Freedom and Happiness. Remember kids, the U.S. is obviously the most intrusive government in the world, because Snowden and Greenwald said so!
So the plumber who does a really good job unclogging your toilet is a “Plunger Artist.” And the janitor who leaves the floor extra clean is now a “Mop Artist.” Sorry. Putting “adequate toppings” on a piece of bread does not make someone an “artist.” It makes them a decent sandwich maker.
“Sandwich artist”….. You put pre-sliced meat and vegetables in between two pieces of bread. You are not an artist.
Wow, congrats Mr. Cruz, you’re now a hero to the Tea Party! And that will help your chances in a Presidential Election just as much as it did for Michelle Bachmann, Rick Perry, and Rick “Anal Lube” Santorum!
I love watching those TWC commercials where they talk about how unreliable and slow DSL and satellite are. Funny, I never had any problems during my time with satellite TV, but I have problems seemingly every week with Time Warner, and the internet is always slow.
Claims he runs a business, spends all day posting BS on Buzzfeed. Sure buddy, suuuuure you outsourced 10 employees. From your mother’s basement.
So the new benchmark for getting a star on the Walk of Fame is getting pissed on by Brandy’s brother and videotaping it?
Yeah, that’s the way to win over the public. Screw with innocent people’s paychecks (while these idiot Republicans are still getting theirs). No, you don’t look evil at all!
13. Twitter says it’s key for emergency responses, citing Hurricane Sandy Really, they’re going to use that as their example? I guess they forgot about all the misinformation spread on Twitter during the storm, which led to panic and waste of precious resources and time.
“Let’s stop naming mass shooters…..” Scroll down Buzzfeed a bit, “EVERYTHING WE KNOW ABOUT AARON ALEXIS, NAVY YARD SHOOTER”!!!
“I want to remain open to the idea that there’s a real reason for it, even though it seems really ass-backward. I want to talk and listen.” Ah yes, the guy filming a documentary about how evil Monsanto is really just wanted to have a conversation, and totally had an open mind about something he has already judged as “really ass-backward.”
It’s a rare man who can look like a bigger douche than Anthony Weiner. Lawrence O’Donnell is apparently that man.
“Treadmill desks could become a $1 billion business, according to the chief executive of one maker of the devices.” A completely unbiased assessment, I’m sure.
The only thing that makes me go “What were they thinking?” is how Copyranter actually gets paid for this crap.
Number of laughs I got from “The Big Bang Theory”: 0. Because it is a painfully unfunny show.
Yep, Snowden’s utopia of freedom and justice…..where they just banned protesting.
Ed Snowden’s land of freedom.
Heath Ledger was still coming into his own as an actor. He just had an Oscar nomination, but he was still trying to shed his “teen heartthrob” label. No one knew his potential or limitations as an actor. With Affleck, we know his limitations as an actor. Unless the backstory of Batman is rewritten to make him a poor kid from South Boston, he’s out of his element.
So let me guess, the “deal” will be that the taxpayers will have to pay for his legal defense, in exchange for him finally resigning? What a great “deal”!……
Greenwald uses his partner as a mule to transport stolen documents (apparently, he’s never heard of electronic transfer?), and is “outraged” when he gets stopped? Yeah….real shocker there, Glenn!
Yet they’ll still use that line, “Martin Luther King, Jr. was a Republican!!!!” (ignoring the last 40+ years of history) whenever their racism is exposed. The same way they have a low opinion of Lincoln yet trumpet his party affiliation when it suits them.
“It literally disgusts me … It makes me feel physically ill. I’m disgusted by him. He’s not who I thought he was.” Pretty sure those sexting conversations went two ways. Who exactly did she think he was? Did she not know that he was a married guy? Or did she not know that he has a habit of sexting women? Yeah…..definitely seems like she’s just trying to get her 15 minutes.
