    Neighbors Trap Car Thief Inside Car He Was Trying To Steal

    Matthew Draper actually had the balls not only to steal a car but also to ask the neighbor to clear the driveway so that he could get away in the stolen vehicle. Not so good for him but the neighbors trapped him inside the car before the cops came.
