    Mr. Beck, As a young an idealistic moderate, I was woefully optimistic about the climate of our Nation’s political landscape. This changed when, after acting on a recommendation from my senile aunt, I watched your show. You really opened up my eyes, Glenn (may I call you Glenn?). You introduced me to a kind of quasi-rational fear that I hadn’t met since Limbaugh, and you had the baby-faced earnestness to pull it off. I admire you, Glenn, and thank you. You led me Christlike by the hand, from doe-eyed, toothy-grinned moderation to a state of intense political agnosticism that has me recalling fondly the days in Middle School when I discussed wanting to move to Canada. It’s so much more realistic and down to earth. And while I know it’s not the political stance (radical conservatism punctuated by incredibly out of place [humanizing?!] vaguely liberal notes) you’d have me take, Uncle Glenn (may I call you Uncle?), I have a feeling deep down in my immortal soul that if you knew, if you knew, you’d shed one fat happy tear, and it would shine all the way down your smooth, smooth cheek.
