Some other clips of her singing
In my opinion, she is not the strongest singer in the pop industry, but she does have a beautiful, uniqueness to her voice. I feel that her team enables her ability to show her true vocal ability. They briefly started showing more of her vocals on Britney Jean. But unfortunately, they still use too much autotune, and they also have the volume way too high for her playbacks in concert. I also believe that artists can have a "off" day(s) vocally. Being that Britney is coming into the studio and having a vocal warm up while sounding flat in the process, is not totally unheard of for music artists. So I don't entirely feel that she deserves the backlash that she is receiving.
