Firstly, I thought the ad was hilarious and the opposite of what I expected.  That said, I think it makes perfect sense to reject this commercial from playing during the Super Bowl knowing that children will be watching. Although it is unlikely that this commercial alone will suddenly inspire curiosity about sex among young viewers we should not put the issue in front of children in a casual way. Pornography is not for kids and we adults should make sure that the topic of sex is presented at an appropriate age as well as in a more healthy, realistic, and inexplicit manner than Porn Hub has to offer.

If you want to juxtapose then-and-now photos you could at least use photos of the same subjects. The gorgeous architecture wasn’t all replaced or destroyed, you just showed a person lying down instead of the current locations. Furthermore, NYC at the turn of the century had a lot more homeless and impoverished citizens per capita than the city does now.
