There are a lot of Americans who go to North Korea for tourism, and foreigners are usually welcomed. It’s not completely closed-off to outsiders, but you DO need escorts and you need to follow guidelines.

Pretty sure the first one happened, and the rest are parodies. C’mon, people.
Pro-ana/thinspo/pro-mia/etc bans annoy me because there’s little to no emphasis on how triggering “FITSPO” is. When I first started going on Tumblr (2010 or so), the proED photos didn’t bother me; I always thought that those girls were just stupid and I ignored it. However, when I started wanting to lose weight, I followed fitblrs that were laced with thin women, fit women, what to eat, what not to eat, and “motivating” quotes. In reality, it was those fitness-inspired blogs that triggered my eating disorder because I never felt adequate enough—I didn’t lose enough, I didn’t run enough, I didn’t hold my goddamn plank long enough. Now here I am, trying to recover and hating every second of it. No matter where I go online, the desire to “be fit” is everywhere, but it’s just as damaging as ~:~thinspiration~:~
Ahh, I dunno. I moved to LA and my depression skyrocketed.

There needs to be a “meh” badge.
Nope, don’t agree with the allergy mask one. Some people who are sick and HAVE to go out are considerate enough to wear a mask to prevent the spread of germs, and I like that.
You do know that most have these looks have been around forever, right? Riiiiight?
