did you read the article? the point is in todays world almost all kids will end up on 4chan or a website like that in their teens. we can either pretend that wont be the case and do nothing (much like we can preach abstinence and have our kids learn no sex ed), or we can provide a service (path) in which children can learn how to use social media and its dangers and how it should be properly used in a controlled environment, meaning when they do move onto these websites like 4chan theyre better prepared for whats in store and will be less gullible and ignorant.
