Let's see… Michigan has seen not only Rusty K. (I'm pretty sure he played for the Tigers for a year or two) but also some great politicians- Dick Headlee (I'm NOT kidding) and Dick Posthumus (he was, and I guess we have a lot of Dick politicians, if you get me). Oh yeah, there was a Detroit Lions player a few years back named Harry Colon. I laughed every time they called his name, I still can't figure out why.

Can we add Newt Gingrich? He divorced his first wife (former HS geometry teacher) while she was recovering from uterine cancer surgery. He came to her hospital bed with a divorce agreement he wanted her to sign while she was still 'out of it'. I think that qualifies.
