Rage Against the Machine, the iconic hard rock band who hasn't played together since 2010 or released new music since 2000, held a press conference earlier today to announce a new Alba.
"We aren't exactly sure why it's our job to tell you this, but Jessica Alba is pregnant. The new Alba will be coming out in the spring of 2016," said lead singer Zack de la Rocha into a bullhorn to a crowd of thousands of frenzied fans who'd gathered to hear the news in downtown Los Angeles.
Rage Against the Machine is legendary for their unique mixing of hard rock and rap, their highly political lyrical content, and their wildly energetic live shows.
Tom Morello, the band's guitarist, added, "We're very excited to be able to stand in front of you, fist raised to power, and say there will finally be a new Alba. It just feels like the right time. We weren't sure it would ever happen again. The world wasn't sure it would ever happen again, but we can be sure this will be a highly anticipated new Alba. We can't wait to hear it scream into the world in the spring."
The band also announced the new Alba is a boy and that the family has whittled down potential names to Michael, Thomas, and Battle of Los Angeles Jr.
