This Guy Is Using A "Drop It Like It's Hot" Remix To Find A Housemate

"You should think about it, take a second."

Mark Pheonix, a 25-year-old man from Melbourne, has created a remix of Snoop Dogg's "Drop It Like It's Hot" to help him in the search for a new housemate.

"Anyway, my name's Mark, and I'm looking for a roomie to fill my 3 bedroom house in South Yarra. You'll be living with me, an Art Director, and a pot plant that I own. The plant isn't there anymore but the pot still is, so it's pretty managable," Pheonix explains in the Gumtree advertisement, which was placed on July 16.

The video begins, introducting Pheonix as a "nice dude" with some "nice digs".

The video then continues with more details about the house, which is located in Melbourne's South Yarra.

According to the remix, the available bedroom is big enough to fit a massive "bizz-ed" - a huge selling point.

"I'm looking for someone who's independent but is still down to chill by the fireplace on a cold Melbourne night... It's not actually functional but I've found that a candle provides the fire part and looks legit enough," Pheonix explains in his post.

And there you have it. Just when you thought Snoop had stopped changing lives, this happens, and you once again remember that the magic of "Drop It Like It's Hot" is everlasting.
