    Any decent chef can do this just by cracking the egg correctly and keeping the yolk and the eggwhite in separate halves of the shell. It takes about five seconds and doesn’t require the use of two large bowls and a spare empty water bottle. Neat idea but only if you really suck at cracking eggs.
