Living In A 78-Square-Foot Apartment
Manhattan architect Luke Clark Tyler pays $800 to live in a 78 square foot shoebox studio. It’s too narrow to fit a bed lengthwise, but using a bit of plywood and 2x4s, he built his own custom bed/couch.

blackmask6 a year agoyou people seem to forget the fact that he lives in freaking NEW YORK CITY! when I visited new york a decade ago, i was almost never home, we were out almost all the time, ate out, hanged out in the street, there is so much to do and so many places you really just need somewhere to sleep,
he chooses to work home, so, better for him, doesnt have to deal with a boss or people -
